Water to the east row will be off between 02:00 and 04:00 on Thursday. Colleagues on nights are asked to fill a jug before shift.

Works continue below the Call Center. Colleagues on the ground floor may notice noise between 01:00 and 05:00. There is no cause for concern and no need to report it.

Found on the quay: one set of house keys, four keys on a ring, no fob. They do not fit any door in Providence. Held at the constable’s office.

Unclaimed after twelve months and now held in the long store: one wedding ring (size 9, engraved, initials worn) and one pair of spectacles.

The east stair remains closed. Colleagues are reminded that the east stair has always been closed and that the west stair reaches every floor the east stair reached.

The orchard gate will be locked overnight during the harvest. This is to protect the fruit and is not related to the curfew, which is a separate and voluntary arrangement.

Appointment cards are being reissued. If your card shows a date you do not recognise, bring it in and a new one will be printed while you wait.
Notices are cleared from the board after ninety days. Notice N-12 is reposted at the request of Communications and is not counted against that period.
