The work
You will speak with our givers. You will thank them, and you will mean it — we screen for that. The Call Center is the glowing heart of this town and it is staffed around the clock, so there is always someone at the desks, always a light on, always a voice if you need one.
No experience is required. We prefer it that way. We find that people who have run out of options make the most grateful colleagues, and gratitude is the whole job.
Most colleagues stop describing it as somewhere they work. We have never encouraged this and we have never discouraged it either.
What we provide
