What we believe.
These eight statements are read aloud at the start of every general meeting. Colleagues know them by heart within a month and are not asked to.

Everyone deserves a place where nothing hurts, nothing is missing, and nothing needs to be questioned.

There is nothing here that colleagues are required to agree with. We would think less of a Foundation that required it. We only ask that you read them from time to time, and notice how much easier they become.
